1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the 40bd online casino and sports betting platform ("Platform" or "Site") and its users ("Members" or "Players"). These Terms apply to the website www.40bd.lat and all related services.

3.2 Identity Verification

40bd reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other official documents may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Operating multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If suspicious activity is detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods on the 40bd platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

All deposits must be made in genuine and lawful currency. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted — deposits must always be made from a payment method registered in the member's own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to process.

40bd may delay or reject a withdrawal in the following circumstances:

• Account verification is incomplete.
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is offered on the first deposit at 40bd, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• ৳16,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳31,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit and bonus combined.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is valid for a specific period; the bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• A bonus may not be claimed more than once.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus may not be applicable.
• The contribution of bonuses may vary across different games — the specific terms of each promotion will be stated on that promotion's page.
• 40bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus will be cancelled.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

The 40bd platform offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled; however, if a cash-out feature is available on the platform, it may be used in accordance with the applicable terms.

If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded, or settled in accordance with the applicable rules. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 40bd reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games are operated through a fair and impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) system. If a technical issue arises during a game session, 40bd may void that round and return the stake. 40bd will not be held responsible for any round lost due to a connection failure.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or market and are clearly displayed in the game interface. 40bd reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The activities described below are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.

• Collecting other members' personal information or attempting to defraud them.
• Bonus abuse or repeatedly claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.

8. Limitation of Liability

40bd operates its platform as reliably as possible. However, 40bd will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

A member may request to close their account at any time. The opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed, provided no pending verification or investigation is ongoing.

12. Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute will first be referred to negotiation for resolution.

If any provision is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining terms will remain fully in force.
